كِتَاب الصَّوْمِ
The Book of As-Saum (The Fasting).
بَابُ صِيَامِ أَيَّامِ الْبِيضِ ثَلاَثَ عَشْرَةَ وَأَرْبَعَ عَشْرَةَ وَخَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ:
Chapter. To observe Saum (fast) the three days (preceding) the full moon night, i.e., 13th, 14th and 15th of the lunar months.
Hadith Number: 1981
حدثنا ابو معمر، حدثنا عبد الوارث، حدثنا ابو التياح، قال: حدثني ابو عثمان، عن ابي هريرة رضي الله عنه، قال:" اوصاني خليلي صلى الله عليه وسلم بثلاث: صيام ثلاثة ايام من كل شهر، وركعتي الضحى، وان اوتر قبل ان انام".
Hum se Mamar ne bayan kiya, un se Abdul Waris ne bayan kiya, un se Abu-al-Tayyah ne bayan kiya, kaha ke mujh se Abu Usman ne bayan kiya aur un se Abu Hurairah (Radi Allahu Anhu) ne ke mere khaleel (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne mujhe har mahine ki teen tareekhon mein roza rakhne ki wasiyat farmayi thi. Isi tarah chasht ki do rak-aton ki bhi wasiyat farmayi thi aur is ki bhi ke sone se pehle hi mein witr parh liya karoon
