كِتَاب الِاسْتِئْذَانِ
The Book of Asking Permission
بَابُ لاَ يَتَنَاجَى اثْنَانِ دُونَ الثَّالِثِ:
Chapter. No two persons should talk secretly excluding a third person (who is present with them). And the Statement of Allah: "O you who believe! When you hold secret counsel, do it not for sin and wrongdoing, and disobedience towards the Messenger (Muhammad), but do it for Al-Birr (righteousness) and Taqwa (virtues and piety); and fear Allah unto Whom you shall be gathered. Secret counsels (conspiracies) are only from Satan, in order that he may cause grief to the believers. But he cannot harm them in the least, except as Allah permits, and in Allah let the believers put their trust." (V.58:9,10) And also the Statement of Allah: "O you who believe! When you (want to) consult the Messenger (Muhammad) in private, spend something in charity before your private consultation. That will be better and purer for you. But if you find not (the means for it), then verily, Allah is Oft-Forgivind, Most Merciful. Are you afraid of spending in charity before your private consultation (with him)? If then you do it not, and Allah has forgive you, then (at least) perform Salat (prayers) (Iqamat-as-Salat) and give Zakat and obey Allah (i.e., do all what Allah and His Prophet order you to do). And Allah is All-Aware of what you do." (V.58:12,13)
Hadith Number: Q6288-2
وقوله تعالى: {يا ايها الذين آمنوا إذا تناجيتم فلا تتناجوا بالإثم والعدوان ومعصية الرسول وتناجوا بالبر والتقوى}. إلى قوله: {وعلى الله فليتوكل المؤمنون}
Aur Allah Paak ne (Surah Qad Samiallah mein) farmaya «ya ay-yuhal-lazheena aamanoo izha tanaajaitum falaa tatanaajau bil-ismi wal-udwaani wa ma-siyatir-rasooli wa tanaajau bil-birri wat-taqwaa» ”Musalmano! Jab tum sargoshi karo to gunah aur zhulm aur Paighambar ki nafarmani par sargoshi na kiya karo balkay naiki aur parhezgari par“ aakhir aayat «wallaahu khabeerum-bi-maa tamaloona» tak .
Hadith Number: Q6288
وقوله: {يا ايها الذين آمنوا إذا ناجيتم الرسول فقدموا بين يدي نجواكم صدقة ذلك خير لكم واطهر فإن لم تجدوا فإن الله غفور رحيم} إلى قوله: {والله خبير بما تعملون}.
Aur Allah ne (is surat mein) mazeed farmaya «ya ay-yuhal-lazheena aamanoo izha naajaitumur-rasoola fa-qaddimoo baina yadai najwaakum sadaqatan zhaalika khairul-lakum wa atharu fa-il-lam tajidoo fa-innallaaha ghafoorur-raheemun» ”Musalmano! Jab tum Paighambar se sargoshi karo to is se pehle kuch sadqa nikala karo yeh tumhare haq mein behtar aur pakeeza hai agar tum ko khairat karne ke liye kuch na mile to khair Allah bakhshne wala meherban hai .“ Aakhir aayat «wallaahu khabeerum-bi-maa tamaloona» tak . (Surah al-Mujadila: 12 , 13)
Hadith Number: 6288
حدثنا عبد الله بن يوسف، اخبرنا مالك. ح وحدثنا إسماعيل، قال: حدثني مالك، عن نافع، عن عبد الله رضي الله عنه، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال:" إذا كانوا ثلاثة، فلا يتناجى اثنان دون الثالث".
Hum se Abdullah bin Yusuf ne bayan kiya , kaha hum ko Imam Malik ne khabar di (doosri sanad) Imam Bukhari rahmahullah ne kaha ke hum se Ismail bin Abi Oways ne bayan kiya , kaha ke mujh se Imam Malik ne bayan kiya , in se Nafi ne aur in se Abdullah razi Allahu anhu ne ke Rasool Allah salla Allahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya ”jab teen aadmi saath hon to teesre saathi ko chhorr kar do aapas mein kana-phosi (sargoshi) na karein .“
